It aims to establish clear guidelines for returns, refunds, consumer dispute resolution, and IT usage, ensuring compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws.
Return and Refund Policy
The Platform offers digital services and subscription plans. The following provisions govern the return and refund processes.
Subscription-Based Services
Refund Eligibility:
- Users are entitled to request a full refund within 3 days from the date of subscription purchase, provided that they have not accessed or utilized any significant features or services of the Platform during this period.
- If any usage has occurred, the refund request will be considered for a pro-rated amount based on the unused service period.
Request for Refund:
Users must submit a written request for a refund to the Customer Support Team via the Platform’s designated communication channels, specifying the reasons for the request.
Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving a valid request. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
No Refund for Used Services:
If a user has utilized features such as attending webinars, downloading resources, or any other paid services, no refunds will be processed for such usage.
Exclusions from Return and Refund Policy
Services which are categorized as “consumables” (e.g., webinars, seminars, and other one-time usage services) shall not be eligible for return or refund once utilized.
Consumer Dispute Redressal Policy
The Platform is committed to resolving consumer grievances promptly and effectively. The following provisions outline the mechanisms for addressing user complaints.
Appointment of Consumer Grievance Officer
The Platform shall appoint a Consumer Grievance Officer in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The officer will oversee the resolution of complaints and ensure compliance with consumer rights.
Procedure for Lodging Complaints
Users can lodge complaints regarding the following issues:

Resolution Timeline: All complaints will be investigated and resolved within 30 days of acknowledgment. The Consumer Grievance Officer will communicate the resolution to the user.
Escalation Mechanism: If a user remains unsatisfied with the resolution, they may escalate the complaint to the higher management of the Platform or to an independent review panel set up for this purpose.
Mediation and Legal Recourse
In the event of unresolved disputes, the parties may engage in mediation as prescribed under the Mediation and Conciliation Rules, 2004.
Users shall also have the right to seek legal recourse as per the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, by filing a complaint before the appropriate consumer forum or the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Information Technology Policy
This IT Policy outlines the acceptable use of the Platform's technological resources and establishes the framework for data protection and user privacy.
Data Collection and Usage
The Platform collects personal data, including names, professional credentials, contact details, and payment information, solely for the purpose of providing and enhancing services.

User Responsibilities
Users are obligated to use the Platform in accordance with its intended professional purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Disseminating false or misleading information.
